We have customer parking on site; however, these spaces are limited and available on a first come first served basis. We would recommend you arrive early to make sure you find a decent car park space as the roads around the festival will be busy.
There are free public car parks in Cwmbran Town Centre and in Old Cwmbran just off Victoria Street and Oak Street.
We ask all attendees to refrain from parking on the main road outside the stadium. Residents live nearby and this makes it dangerous for other attendees who will be on foot/public transport. Please keep each other in mind!
What You Can/Can’t Bring
Please feel free to bring picnic blankets and wear comfortable shoes, the British weather is sometimes unpredictable so make sure you have weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen and a hat as well as a jacket for the evening incase its chilly.
We will have tables and chairs available at the festival.
These items listed are prohibited.
Alcohol, Drugs, and anything that could be used or seen as a weapon.
NO cooked food or open drinks will be allowed on the site (except for baby food & Dietary requirements)
No picnic baskets, large snacks or any other kind of meal will be allowed on site and will be confiscated by our security team. All bags will be searched before entry.
Gazebos, Parasols, umbrellas, chairs and high heeled stiletto style shoes are also prohibited.

General FAQs
We will be located at Cwmbran Stadium, Henllys Way, Cwmbran NP44 3YS
On Saturday 20th July 14:00 – 22:00.
Doors open at 13.30 and last entry will be 19.00
Under 18’s are welcome but must be always accompanied by an adult. Food, soft drinks and lots of entertainment are available throughout the day to enjoy.
You will be able to buy all food and drinks via chip & pin, contactless and of course cash on-site anytime. Our traders and stalls take a mixture of cash and card, but sometimes Wi-Fi can cause issues so please make sure you are aware of this and bring what you need.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on any alcoholic liquids being brought onto site. We allow attendees to bring sealed bottles of water and soft drinks only. Our on-site bars and traders will be selling a wide selection of drinks from beers, ciders, spirits, and soft drinks. You will also find a cocktail and gin bar on our site…yes, lots to choose from!
CHALLENGE 25! We have a challenge 25 in place. Anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be asked to show proof of I.D. if they’re buying alcoholic drinks. Please don’t be offended if our staff ask you for I.D., you’re one of the lucky ones!
Health & Safety
Our site will be well-equipped with a medical and welfare team to assist you if needed at any point during your time at Crow Fest. If you feel unwell, we advise you to make your way to the medical tent and our experienced team will be happy to help. This will be sign-posted on the day.
We operate a ZERO DRUGS POLICY. We do not allow any drugs on our site, and anyone caught with illegal substances will be ejected from the festival.
If you have any prescribed medical conditions, please inform a member of staff.
Once you leave you cannot re-enter the festival, exceptions will only be made for an emergency or special circumstance, please speak with a member of staff on the day who will be able to assist you.
Accessibility
The festival will take place on the stadium’s 3G pitch and Track, which is flat and easily accessible.
Our accessible toilets are signposted and available on-site.
The festival is small, and everything is contained within the outdoor pitch and track area.
We welcome people with wheelchairs to the festival and have tried to make the entire site accessible.
Due to the nature of the festival, there may be flashing lights and strobe effects on our stage.
There is disabled parking on site, but these spaces are limited, access to these spaces will only be granted to blue badge holders on a first come first serve basis.
