Our annual Eco Quiz brought together ten brilliant primary school teams for an evening of fun, learning, and friendly competition at the Congress Theatre.
The event is one of our favourite opportunities to celebrate young people’s passion for the environment.
From tricky eco‑questions to tie‑breaker tension, every team showcased impressive knowledge, teamwork and enthusiasm for protecting our planet.

The Eco Quiz is part of Cwmbran Community Council’s broader commitment to supporting environmental learning within our community.
It helps pupils to deepen their understanding of the natural world, get involved in local sustainability efforts, develop teamwork and problem‑solving skills and feel inspired to take eco‑friendly action at home and in school. These young people are the next generation of environmental leaders — and we couldn’t be prouder of them.
A huge thank you to all the fantastic primary schools who took part, the teachers and support staff who helped prepare the teams, the families and supporters who joined us on the night, and everyone behind the scenes who made the event such a success.
