This service is available to residents within the Cwmbran Community Council area. Applications are dealt with on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please see below to download an application form.
(Note: the communities of Blaenavon, Pontypool, Ponthir, Henllys and Croesyceiliog & Llanyrafon are outside the Cwmbran Community Council area.)
